Nemesis Hub is a private adult content platform. We use Patreon for membership management and authentication but operate independently and are not an official representative, partner, or agent of Patreon, Inc.

Data Retention

Third-Party Services
Authentication for restricted areas of Nemesis Hub is handled through Patreon OAuth.
When you authenticate through Patreon, Patreon may collect, process, and retain information according to its own policies and terms. Nemesis Hub does not control information collected independently by Patreon.
By using Patreon authentication, you may therefore be subject to both Nemesis Hub's policies and Patreon's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Security
Nemesis Hub uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information, including secure session cookies, encrypted HTTPS connections, authentication controls, session expiration, and restricted access to administrative systems.
No website, database, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Nemesis Hub cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by the platform.
Adult Content & Age Requirement
Nemesis Hub is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older.
Nemesis Hub does not knowingly solicit or intentionally collect personal information from individuals under 18 for access to its adult-content services.
If Nemesis Hub becomes aware that an individual under 18 has accessed restricted adult content or established an account in violation of this requirement, appropriate steps may include terminating access, disabling the account, and deleting applicable personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
2257 Compliance
Nemesis Hub is committed to complying with applicable federal recordkeeping requirements relating to visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, including applicable requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
Nemesis Hub does not act as the primary producer of the underlying studio footage used in its productions. The underlying footage is produced by third-party studios, producers, and other authorized content sources.
Nemesis Hub may assemble, edit, transform, combine, and publish previously produced material into original edited productions, including music and video productions commonly referred to as PMVs.
To the extent applicable under federal law, activities involving the assembly, publication, or management of covered sexually explicit material may subject Nemesis Hub to secondary-producer recordkeeping requirements.
Nemesis Hub uses content obtained from studios, producers, and other authorized sources that represent that the performers appearing in the underlying material were at least 18 years of age at the time of the applicable production and that applicable age-verification and recordkeeping requirements have been satisfied.
Where applicable, Nemesis Hub maintains or obtains copies of records from the applicable primary producer in accordance with federal law and maintains information identifying the applicable primary producer.
Nemesis Hub does not knowingly publish material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Suspected illegal material may be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable federal law and the laws of the state they reside in, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to This Policy
Nemesis Hub may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, applicable law, security practices, or data-processing activities.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the beginning of this policy will be updated when material changes are made.
